Accounts Payable Clerk

Accounts Payable Clerk We are seeking an organized and dependable Accounts Payable Clerk to support day‑to‑day accounting operations in an onsite, in‑person role. This position starts part‑time (approximately 16 hours per week) with the opportunity to grow into a full‑time role based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities include: Processing accounts payable invoices and data entry Organizing, filing, scanning, and digitizing AP paperwork Working with multiple departments to collect and track invoices Assisting with general administrative and accounting tasks Supporting the transition from paper‑based to automated AP processes Qualifications: Prior accounts payable experience required Detail‑oriented, organized, and reliable Comfortable working with paper records and digital systems Professional communication skills and ability to handle confidential information Onsite availability during scheduled hours Compensation & Growth: Opportunity to expand hours and responsibilities over time Full‑time benefits available at 30+ hours/week #J-18808-Ljbffr
