Accounts Payable Associate II

This is an onsite position, not Hybrid or Remote. We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Accounts Payable Associate II to join our finance team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records and timely processing of invoices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, experience with various software and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities • Invoice processing (Data Entry) • Contribute to automation of tasks and documentation of processes • Ensure that invoices are processed in accordance with established processes and procedures. • Respond to Vendor and staff inquiries • Request W-9's, email addresses and assist in e-payment setup • Assist with Month End processes • Assist with mid-month reporting and reconciliations • Statement processing
