Proactively soliciting new residential mortgage loans, the part-time California Licensed Home Loan Advisor will develop and maintain a strong network of business relationships to generate referrals while providing exceptional service and managing the loan process remotely from Carlsbad, CA. Key responsibilities Originate mortgage loans through self-sourced business and maintain a lead management system Assist members with product selection, lock requests, and ensure compliance with applicable disclosures Manage the mortgage loan pipeline, ensuring timely and efficient processing from origination to closing Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent work experience; four-year college degree preferred Minimum five years of experience in a mortgage-related function, with at least two years generating self-sourced business Current MLO registration as defined by the S.A.F.E Act Strong knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and compliance Exceptional member service skills and ability to conduct financial analysis
