Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, developing individual treatment plans based on their needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness approaches, to facilitate individual sessions effectively.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals in partnership with clients and consistently monitor their progress throughout the counseling process.

• Offer teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients who may face barriers to receiving in-person care.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate client documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations and supervision meetings to share insights and strategies with peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting clients dealing with a diverse range of mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and relationship challenges. You'll work closely with individuals from various backgrounds, tailoring your therapeutic approach to resonate with their unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to mental health care.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to balance caseload and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in telehealth, crisis intervention, or trauma-informed care will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also an asset, as it will streamline documentation and client management processes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
