Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges, using evidence-based practices to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions and group therapy, utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches.

• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, tracking their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continued growth and recovery.

• Offer virtual therapy solutions to clients who prefer teletherapy, ensuring accessibility and comfort for those who may face mobility challenges.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about current best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele including couples, children, adolescents, and families. Our focus includes providing specialized support for clients of color and the LGBTQIA community, ensuring that the services offered are culturally competent and reflective of the unique challenges those populations may face. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license issued by the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
