The Hope Balance Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Full-time Mental Health Therapist with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy to provide remote support and integrate culturally sensitive practices into patient care. As a key member of our therapeutic team, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering high-quality mental health services to a diverse clientele.

Work Environment\n

As a fully remote organization, our therapists enjoy the flexibility of working from home, while still being connected with fellow teammates through regular virtual meetings, case conferences, and collaborative sessions. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs and accommodate scheduling demands. This role allows for a balanced work-life integration while contributing to meaningful therapeutic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status, personal history, and therapeutic needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions and cater to each client's unique circumstances and cultural context.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a range of mental health issues while promoting resilience and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensing as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

• Profound knowledge of mental health diagnoses, therapeutic modalities, and the ability to apply evidence-based treatment approaches within diverse populations.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting individual and group therapy in a culturally responsive manner, with the ability to adapt techniques to meet client needs.

• Strong skills in crisis intervention and the capacity to exercise judicious decision-making during high-pressure situations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
