Remote Sales Development Representative [gn] - German Speaking

We are looking for an ambitious, curious and commercially driven German-speaking Sales Development Representative .

German-speaking markets will be a primary focus of the role, making professional fluency in German essential . You will also work within an international organisation where fluent professional English is required for internal collaboration, training and communication across teams.

Professional fluency in French would be a strong advantage , allowing the successful candidate to support additional European markets when required.

You will identify target accounts, engage relevant decision-makers and create qualified sales opportunities for Jaspersoft Account Executives through cold calling, email, LinkedIn and account-based prospecting.

You will also manage and qualify inbound leads, ensuring timely, relevant and professional follow-up.

What you will do:

• Own outbound prospecting across German-speaking markets and other assigned European territories.

• Conduct cold calls and qualification conversations primarily in German with prospects across DACH.

• Manage and qualify inbound leads, ensuring timely and relevant follow-up.

• Research target companies, business units, decision-makers and buying signals.

• Develop territory and account plans in collaboration with Jaspersoft Account Executives.

• Engage prospects through cold calling, targeted email, LinkedIn and account-based outreach.

• Create relevant and personalised messaging based on the prospect’s role, industry, market and business priorities.

• Develop German-language outreach appropriate for customers and prospects in German-speaking markets.

• Identify organisations that could benefit from embedded reporting, analytics and business intelligence.

• Engage multiple stakeholders within target accounts.

• Conduct initial qualification conversations to understand business challenges, priorities, timelines and potential Jaspersoft fit.

• Generate qualified discovery meetings and sales opportunities.

• Manage prospects through structured Outreach cadences and follow up consistently.

• Maintain accurate and timely information in Salesforce and other sales systems.

• Monitor results, adapt your prospecting strategy and raise blockers early.

• Use company-approved AI tools to improve account research, messaging, call preparation and follow-up.

• Continuously develop your knowledge of Jaspersoft, its use cases, customers, competitors and target markets.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience as an SDR, BDR or in a comparable outbound sales role.

• Demonstrable experience in cold calling, account research and new-business prospecting.

• Confidence conducting professional prospecting and qualification conversations in German .

• Confidence working towards daily activity, meeting and pipeline-generation targets.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to adapt messaging and communication style to different European markets and business cultures.

• Confidence managing both inbound leads and outbound prospecting activity.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts, contacts and sales cadences effectively.

• Experience using CRM, sales-engagement and prospecting tools.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, ZoomInfo or Demandbase would be advantageous.

• Strong organisation, prioritisation and time-management skills.

• A proactive, accountable and resilient approach.

• Coachability, curiosity and the ability to apply feedback quickly.

• Motivation to learn, develop and take on greater responsibility over time.

• Experience prospecting for business intelligence, analytics, embedded software, enterprise software or related technology solutions would be advantageous.
