Work Environment\n

This role is designed for a remote work setting, allowing you to provide care from your own environment, which fosters flexibility and work-life balance. Our team operates primarily online, collaborating through video conferencing and secure clinical tools. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling you to maintain a stable routine while caring for a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, ensuring clients feel supported and heard.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary client base will include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. You will work with diverse populations, which may include children, adolescents, adults, and families from varied socioeconomic backgrounds. Understanding cultural competence and being sensitive to the unique challenges faced by these groups is essential in fostering trust and effective therapeutic alliances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Possession of an active license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California.

• While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is required, a preference will be given to candidates with three or more years of outpatient therapy experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
