Healthcare Demand Generation Manager | Drive Growth in Healthcare Marketing
The Staff Pad is seeking a Healthcare Demand Generation Manager to generate qualified sales opportunities for our healthcare subscription services.
In this role, you'll develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, create high-converting content and landing pages, and partner closely with sales to drive pipeline growth.
Success in this role is measured by qualified executive meetings, marketing-generated pipeline, and subscription revenue.
What You'll Do
Demand Generation
Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, SEO, and webinars
Build landing pages and conversion funnels that generate qualified leads
Create executive-focused content including guides, case studies, webinars, and email campaigns
Use AI and automation tools to improve campaign performance and personalization
Continuously test and optimize campaigns, messaging, and conversion rates
Sales Enablement
Create presentations, one-pagers, ROI calculators, proposals, and sales collateral
Produce promotional and customer testimonial videos
Partner with sales to improve messaging, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
2–5 years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience
Healthcare, healthcare staffing, SaaS, workforce solutions, or consulting experience preferred
Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO, and landing page optimization
Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
Strong copywriting, analytical, and project management skills
Experience using AI tools and marketing automation platforms is highly preferred
Success in This Role
You'll make a measurable impact by driving:
Qualified executive meetings
Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
Marketing-generated pipeline
Cost per qualified lead
Marketing contribution to subscription revenue
