Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to establish tailored therapeutic methods.

• Deliver various therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams comprising psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic client care and treatment planning.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines while ensuring client confidentiality and trust.

• Engage in regular professional development through workshops, training, and continuing education to stay current with advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, featuring individuals and families struggling with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical environment, showcasing a track record of effective client engagement.

• Demonstrated proficiency in building meaningful connections with clients through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
