This full-time position allows for a remote work setting, which provides flexibility and the opportunity to engage with a diverse client base from the comfort of your home. Regular business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, facilitating a balanced work-life dynamic for our team members. You will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals through telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems, ensuring seamless communication and coordinated care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to patients' unique clinical presentations, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health, evaluating emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to inform treatment planning.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and culturally sensitive, actively incorporating patient input and preferences.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals to create an integrated approach to patient care.

• Regularly monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and patient feedback.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, coping strategies, available treatment options, and community resources to foster a supportive caregiving environment.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and informed consent throughout the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n
