Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered therapeutic care to an assigned group of patients, collaborating closely with physicians and the care team.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans that focus on achieving specific health goals and enhancing patient engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve adult and pediatric patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries and injuries. You will encounter a variety of conditions requiring therapeutic intervention and support, including post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain management, mobility impairments, and sports-related injuries. This diverse patient population requires you to be adaptable and responsive to the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, applicants must have:

• A valid and active Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, which must be obtained within 30 days of starting the position.

Preferred Experience

While the position does not require previous experience, candidates with experience in outpatient physical therapy, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation, will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits
