Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' mental health status, utilizing intake interviews and standardized assessment tools to inform treatment decisions.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological challenges.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.

• Set therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, and evaluate their progress regularly to ensure effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of therapy sessions, following ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your skills and stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including adults facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. You will play a pivotal role in fostering resilience and supporting individuals on their journey to recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients from varied backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Blooming Minds offers a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide:
