Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and mental health team to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Facilitate mental health training sessions for medical, psychiatric, and security personnel as needed, promoting a better understanding of patient care.

• Effectively intervene in and de-escalate mental health emergencies during counseling sessions or as required.
\n
• Attend court commitment hearings when necessary, advocating for the best treatment options for patients.
\n
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans, setting concrete goals in collaboration with patients to ensure their progression.
\n
• Meticulously document patient interactions and treatment plans and maintain accurate and confidential records to support ongoing treatment strategies.
\n
• Verify patients' historical mental health records to ensure accurate assessment and treatment, including reviewing past medication histories.
\n
• Create and submit scheduled and ad-hoc reports related to patient status and treatment outcomes.
\n
• Coordinate post-release referrals with nursing and mental health professionals to ensure continuity of care for individuals transitioning out of our facility.

Your role will involve working with a broad spectrum of clients, addressing varied mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This exciting full-time position offers an annual salary in the range of USD 70,000 – 100,000, with the potential for performance bonuses.
