HR Coordinator

Sun City Lincoln Hills Community Association is seeking an organized, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to provide administrative assistant support to our Human Resources team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate records, helping employees, and keeping deadlines on track. What You’ll Do Post job openings, schedule interviews, and coordinate background checks, onboarding paperwork, and orientation. Maintain confidential employee files and update information in the HR system. Assist with benefits and 401(k) enrollment paperwork, leave documentation, and employee communications. Track performance evaluations, required training, certifications, and followup deadlines. Submit approved employee and pay changes to Payroll and help reconcile records. Assist with workers’ compensation paperwork, safety meetings, and training records. Coordinate employeerecognition activities, vendor meetings, and general HR administrative tasks. Answer procedural questions and refer employee concerns to the HR Generalist or management. What You’ll Bring One to two years of administrative, HR support, payroll support, or related experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong organization and communication skills; and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
