Sales Development Representative for AI Training [Remote]

Drive B2B growth by generating qualified leads through high-volume outbound outreach, and contribute real-world sales expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. This contractor role is remote and focuses on consultative selling, cold calling, and pipeline development while providing disciplined CRM documentation and feedback that improves AI training data.

• Initiate outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and social channels to build a strong B2B lead pipeline.
• Research and identify potential business opportunities within target markets and verticals.
• Qualify prospects and engage them in consultative conversations, presenting value propositions and addressing objections.
• Log all prospect interactions, follow ups, and pipeline activities accurately in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with project coordinators and client stakeholders to align messaging and refine outreach strategies.
• Provide constructive, industry-grounded feedback to improve AI training datasets based on real-world interactions.
• Analyze outreach results and recommend process improvements for higher conversion and efficiency.

• Required skills: B2B sales, cold calling, prospecting, CRM proficiency.
• Preferred: 5+ years of recent, hands-on experience in B2B sales development with a proven track record in outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
• Experience conducting consultative sales conversations within complex sales cycles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and clarity.

• Analytical mindset and ability to provide actionable feedback that supports data-driven AI training.
• Previous experience with technology-driven sales engagements or AI-related projects is a plus, but not required.
