Paralegal Legal Assistant

Title: Paralegal Legal Assistant
Location: 3900 Commonwealth Blvd., Tallahassee, Florida 32399
Work Arrangement : Onsite
Work hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Pay Rate Range: $20-$30/hr on W2 Description:
Must have 3 to 5 yrs experience working as a paralegal or legal secretary
Proficient using Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience preparing legal documents and subpoenas
Experience preparing discovery requests and scheduling hearings, trials and depositions
Experience formatting, finalizing, typing and filing documents
Experience preparing letters and legal documents from drafts
Experience filing pleadings and motions with appropriate tribunals
Experience managing executive management daily calendars
Experience managing travel arrangements
Experience working in the Courts systems
Ability to speak and understand English
Must possess at least a high school diploma
Associates of Bachelors degree preferred
Qualified candidates will be performing basic word processing, using templates to draft correspondence and creating documents. IICNONIT01
