Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPCC with Winland Counseling Center, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Providing therapeutic sessions through audio and video formats, facilitating a direct channel for client communication and engagement.

• Utilizing online tools for goal setting and progress tracking to monitor client development and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with stable adults experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, and grief counseling. Our screening process ensures that you are only matched with low-acuity clients, focusing on those who require supportive counseling rather than intensive therapeutic interventions, such as for severe mental health disorders or children.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and fully independent LPCC license in the state of California, free of disciplinary actions.
