Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments, including intake interviews and comprehensive evaluations, to determine each client's therapeutic needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adapting modalities as necessary to suit each client’s aspirations and challenges.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to coordinate comprehensive client care.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical records aligned with ethical and legal standards, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas.
