Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges. You will be responsible for providing direct psychotherapy services to adults, children, and families, helping them navigate life transitions, mental health disorders, and other challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LCPC license in Illinois.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using various software applications, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service compensation model allows for guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, eliminating long waits for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
