Global Sales Team Lead, Amazon - GBS

The Global Agency and Accounts (GA&A) team works with leading agency groups and multinational advertisers, acting as a strategic and consultative partner. We establish and lead the partnerships that turn TikTok's integrated suite of products into solutions that build businesses and brands.We solve complex, cross-market growth challenges for some of TikTok's largest global advertisers, bringing together strategy, platform expertise, and tailored solutions to meet high-impact business goals.You will turn those partnerships into scalable programs and product adoption, accelerating measurable outcomes for clients and driving revenue growth for TikTok.The Global Sales Team Lead is responsible for driving strategy and revenue for a team of individual contributors covering a list of named accounts, and serving as the advocate for their clients both internally and externally. They will grow and develop Brand Partnerships Managers and Client Solutions Managers to become strategic advisors to their clients. Success in this role requires a focus on people and relationship management, client education, campaign measurement, and the ability to tell a strong story that shows TikTok's ability to deliver against revenue goals.Responsibilities- Own revenue performance for Amazon’s emerging and growth advertiser segment- Develop scalable sales strategies to drive adoption of TikTok ads among Amazons various lines of business- Identify and accelerate high-potential advertisers into strategic accounts- Design tiered engagement models (self-serve, managed, hybrid)- Build playbooks for onboarding, retention, and upsell- Partner with Product and Marketing to improve advertiser experience- Build and lead a high-performing team of sales managers and account executives- Establish performance standards, coaching frameworks, and career paths- Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, and customer obsession- Partner with Ads Product, Tech, Finance, and Operations to improve tools and workflows- Advocate for SMB and growth advertisers in roadmap planning- Influence platform features to better serve scaled advertisers- Launch new programs, pilots, and automation initiatives- Leverage data and AI-driven insights to improve targeting and ROI- Drive operational excellence and efficiencyMinimum Qualifications- Leadership experience in digital advertising, ad sales, or brand marketing.- Proven experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams with varying experience.- Demonstrated experience in scaling enterprise clients ad revenue in a short period of time.- Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.- Experience building relationships with top marketing decision-makers at brands and agencies.- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.Preferred Qualifications- Ability to proactively diagnose, troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and through the proper escalation channels.- Experience managing advertisers throughout the funnel with a deep understanding of their challenges and objectives.- Ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders .- Experience with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT).Req ID: A38830
