Payroll SpecialistA well-established construction company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join a small, long-tenured accounting team. This role is ideal for someone with strong payroll and AP experience who can work independently and is comfortable in a hands-on environment.Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 Bonus: Discretionary Schedule: Hybrid, Monday–FridayKey Responsibilities:Process weekly union payroll for approximately 50 employeesManage direct deposits and weekly payroll processingAssist with Accounts Payable processingEnter invoices and payment information into Viewpoint SpectrumCoordinate weekly check runs and approval processesWork closely with the Controller and support AR as neededRequirements:2+ years of payroll and AP experienceExperience processing payroll independentlyUnion payroll experience preferredTiming is everything.
