Compensation & Benefits $70,000–$80,000 salary Competitive benefits package 4+ weeks PTO Collaborative team environment Key Responsibilities Process accurate and timely payroll for employees Review timekeeping and payroll data for accuracy Maintain employee payroll records and process deductions and adjustments Assist with payroll tax filings, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance Respond to employee questions regarding payroll and timekeeping Research and resolve payroll discrepancies Maintain accurate payroll documentation and records Partner with HR and accounting on payroll-related matters Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2s Support payroll process improvements and other projects as needed Qualifications 2+ years of payroll experience Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance High level of accuracy and attention to detail Construction or prevailing wage experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
