Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to accurately identify clients' needs.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate their specific goals, needs, and cultural contexts.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), within individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuous care for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, following clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with essential knowledge and coping skills to manage their mental health conditions effectively.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Stay up-to-date with current research and emerging trends in the mental health field, integrating innovative techniques into your practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of $70,000 to $84,000, with actual compensation dependent on factors such as experience, education, and location.
