Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and preliminary interviews, documenting assessments from the first interaction through the completion of treatment.

• Develop comprehensive treatment and recovery plans tailored for individuals, couples, families, and groups based on their unique needs and circumstances.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to foster a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting intervention strategies as required to maximize effectiveness and reach desired outcomes.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health specialists, psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create integrated intervention strategies.

• Provide follow-up services for clients referred to hospital care, ensuring continuity of care and support throughout their recovery.

• Assess and address behaviors that could hinder client recovery, implementing preventive measures as necessary.

• Assist family members and primary caregivers in understanding and managing their loved ones' mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in New York State.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex ideas clearly and compassionately.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, successful candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus. Our benefits package includes:
