Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather information on clients' mental health and create personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Utilize the most recent Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to accurately diagnose patients and formulate appropriate treatment objectives.

• Engage in brief, evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices to help clients manage their mental health challenges.

• Provide consultation services to primary care providers, assisting them in understanding mental health conditions and recommending appropriate care strategies for their patients.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices in clinical care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participating actively in team meetings and care coordination efforts to enhance client care and support.

• Effectively manage crises and provide immediate support to clients in distress, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment throughout virtual sessions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
