Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and evaluate the severity of clients' mood disorder symptoms including, but not limited to, depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that reflect their specific goals and motivational factors while employing best practice methods.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client progress and healing.

• Engage clients and their families in education about mood disorders, therapy options, and actionable self-care strategies for improved mental health outcomes.

• Monitor clients' progress rigorously, adapting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs and fostering healing effectively.

• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated care and comprehensive support.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to all legal and ethical requirements to uphold the integrity of our practice.

Qualifications\n
