Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, as our therapists work within patients' homes, facilitating a comfortable and familiar environment for recovery. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and develop tailored treatment plans suited to their individual recovery needs.

• Implement therapeutic interventions utilizing various techniques such as exercise regimens, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.

• Track and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Provide education and training to patients, caregivers, and families regarding treatment protocols, assistive devices, and at-home strategies to promote continued recovery.

• Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to ensure cohesive patient care and rehabilitation strategies.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and professional associations to maintain up-to-date knowledge and best practices in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will be crucial in serving a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from surgery, those managing chronic illnesses, and patients rehabilitating from injuries. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current state license in Physical Therapy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.
• Knowledge of computer systems and word processing software to maintain patient records and documentation.
• Demonstrable flexibility and adaptability in various patient scenarios.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting.
