Taurus Staffing is looking for an Administrative Assistant in the Calvert, AL area. Must have a minimum of 3 years administrative experience. Experience in construction industry a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform data entry, order entry, and file management tasks
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office equipment and troubleshoot issues as necessary
Skills:
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent proofreading and attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and order entry processes
- Ability to file documents accurately and efficiently
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service principles
