Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapy through weekly virtual sessions focused on individual adults, ensuring the highest standards of care.

• Work closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and counselors, to design and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessment tools, monitor treatment progress, and adapt strategies to enhance therapy effectiveness based on client feedback and clinical outcomes.

• Participate in regular case consultations with team members to share insights and gain valuable feedback on challenging cases.

• Commit to ongoing education within our evidence-based treatment frameworks, referred to as our care pathways, to continuously improve your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individual adults, including those facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By offering virtual therapy services, we strive to remove barriers to access and provide quality mental health support to clients regardless of their location in California.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Active licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD in California.
\n
• Strong proficiency in using computer systems, including Google suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs), for managing patient information.
\n
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and document therapy sessions.
\n
• A professional appearance and demeanor in all interactions, reflecting the values of Wellness First.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2-3 years of experience delivering telehealth therapy specifically to adolescents and young adults.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions and the willingness to engage in professional development related to innovative treatment pathways.

• A history of creating tailored therapeutic approaches that address diverse client needs and goals.
\n
• Comfort in working independently while maintaining a strong connection with team members for collaborative care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , with a competitive salary reflective of your experience and expertise.
