Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to support clients on their path to improved mental health.

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to ascertain clients’ needs and craft individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.

• Utilize family systems theory and a variety of systemic interventions to navigate and resolve interpersonal relationships, communication barriers, and family-related stressors.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.

• A master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• At least three years of relevant clinical experience in therapy, particularly within an outpatient setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
