Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for a Home Infusion Pharmacist with expertise in sterile compounding. This role requires Monday through Friday availability from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with an assignment duration of at least 8 weeks. The workload is low volume, supported by one pharmacy technician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare customized sterile medications, including IV fluids, in a controlled environment using strict aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
• Verify sterile preparation accuracy and quality.
• Enforce compliance with USP and USP standards.
• Oversee and support pharmacy technicians during compounding activities.
• Maintain cleanroom equipment and perform final inspections to meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent sterile compounding experience is required.
• Active and clear Pharmacy license in Pennsylvania.
• Competent computer skills to manage documentation and compounding records.
