Technical Support Rep

Salary: $37,440 - 49,920 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with strong curiosity about technical issues and a calm, methodical troubleshooting approach.
• We value experience in SaaS support, CRM support, help desk, product support, GoHighLevel, telecommunications, implementation support, or technical customer service, especially with one to three years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, CRMs, VoIP, phone systems, support ticketing, browser troubleshooting, software integrations, or GoHighLevel is helpful.
• We need someone who can explain technical concepts in clear, everyday language.
• We want a candidate who is comfortable speaking directly with business owners and software users.
• We look for strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to keep track of open commitments.
• We value candidates who accept coaching, learn quickly, and can follow through on unresolved issues.
• We require the ability to commute to Las Vegas, NV 89119 and work in person on a full-time basis.

• We will have you communicate directly with customers by phone, Zoom, Slack, email, screen share, and support tickets.
• You will turn vague reports into clearly defined technical problems.
• You will ask targeted questions, establish scope, collect evidence, reproduce issues, and narrow down likely causes.
• You will resolve common account, browser, permission, calling, messaging, workflow, and configuration problems.
• You will document what occurred, what should have happened, and what you already tried.
• You will escalate genuine technical issues with enough detail for advanced support or engineering to move forward efficiently.
• You will keep customers updated, monitor open cases, verify outcomes, and close the loop.
• You will learn our platform, HP Connect, GoHighLevel, CRM concepts, browser troubleshooting, calling, SMS, automation, and integrations.
• You will own each problem until the customer has an answer and the issue is routed to the right resolution path.

We are Hot Prospector, a Las Vegas SaaS company that serves marketing agencies and sales organizations. Our platform helps customers call and text leads, automate sales follow-up, manage communications, connect CRM systems, and improve agent performance. This is a full-time, on-site role in our Las Vegas office, and the pay range is $18 to $24 per hour depending on troubleshooting ability, technical aptitude, relevant support experience, and customer communication skills.
