Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health, including understanding their challenges and history.

• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans that address individual client needs, focusing on evidence-based methods for improving mental health outcomes.

• Provide regular therapy sessions, utilizing both individual counseling and group therapy modalities to foster community and support among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

• Minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, contemporary treatment approaches, and the ability to adapt to patients' diverse needs.

• Demonstrated skills in crisis intervention and the ability to effectively manage high-pressure situations while providing support.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster trusting relationships with clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Comfort and proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
