Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services virtually to a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Document all clinical interactions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately and in adherence to established protocols.

• Manage a balanced caseload that reflects therapy's diverse needs while ensuring documentation is current and comprehensive.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, grief, aging, substance abuse, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Arizona.

• At least four years of experience in social work or a closely related field is strongly preferred, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of behavioral mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to USD 104,000 annually, reflecting your experience and the vital contributions you make to our team.
