Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions.

• Collaborate in the design and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring strategies to meet each child's unique developmental requirements.

• Monitor the progress of children through regular follow-ups and adjustments to the intervention strategies, working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Provide direct support to families, empowering them with skills and knowledge to facilitate their child’s growth and development.
\n
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations as they pertain to early intervention and social work practices.
\n
• Establish trusting relationships with children and families to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices in accordance with the Natural Learning Environment Practices to promote effective learning outcomes.

• Educate families using a coaching model within their natural environment, ensuring transfer of learning and strategies into everyday life.

• Take proactive measures to ensure the health and safety of both employees and clients within the service framework.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with infants and toddlers who have disabilities or developmental delays. Your efforts will focus on helping these young children acquire essential skills across various domains, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication abilities. Engaging with families and schools, you will play a vital role in supporting the child's early development and integration into community settings.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW license recognized by the State of Texas Department of Public Health.

• Avalid driver's license for occasional travel as needed.

• At least one year of experience in early intervention or working with children in a supportive capacity.

Compensation and Benefits\n
