The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential adjustments based on patient requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patients' needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide therapeutic interventions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering community and shared learning among patients facing common challenges.

• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure cohesive, holistic care for our patients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, guiding clients during times of heightened mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and resources that support their recovery journey.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation while adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in regular case consultations and participate in clinical team meetings to enhance collaborative practice and patient care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client base ranges from adolescents to adults, many of whom experience complex mental health challenges including but not limited to mood disorders, trauma, and substance use. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a crucial role in connecting with patients from various backgrounds and assisting them in navigating their paths toward wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.

• Exceptional assessment skills with the proven ability to devise and implement comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
