Job Description

If you’ve spent the last few years building a 360 desk in agency recruitment; winning clients, developing candidates, and billing consistently, this is the role for you.

At WorQFlow, the Recruitment Consultant sits at the intersection of business development and technical recruiting. You’ll build relationships with decision-makers, turn market intelligence into new client accounts, and own a growing book of business within one of the world’s most in-demand talent ecosystems.

You don’t need a Microsoft background. We’ll teach you the market: the technology, partner landscape, implementation cycles, and where the talent lives.

Who We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of agency recruitment experience on a true 360 desk, working with both clients and candidates
\n
• A proven billing record that you can discuss in detail
\n
• Hiring across the country allowing people to own their territory
\n
• A self-starter who excels in a remote environment
\n
• A hard worker with strong character
\n

Experience recruiting for Microsoft D365 F&O, or on any technical 360 desk, will be prioritized, but it is not required. What matters is that you’ve managed a full 360 desk and billed consistently.

What You’ll Do

Business Development & Market Intelligence

• Identify and pursue new client opportunities tied to active Microsoft D365 projects
\n
• Build relationships with C-level executives and IT decision-makers at target organizations
\n
• Translate market intelligence into new account openings and expanded opportunities within existing clients
\n
• Partner with Account Executives on introductions, handoffs, and cross-functional opportunities across ERP, CRM, Cloud, Data, AI, and Security
\n

Full-Cycle Recruitment

• Own the complete recruitment process, from intake through placement and post-placement follow-up
\n
• Clarify scope, technical requirements, success criteria, and team dynamics during client intake
\n
• Build and maintain a trusted network of Microsoft professionals, contractors, and delivery partners
\n
• Manage pipelines with precision across submissions, interviews, offers, and onboarding
\n
• Move quickly without sacrificing quality or the candidate experience
\n

Client & Candidate Success

\n
• Support successful post-placement outcomes for both clients and candidates
\n
• Own and grow long-term relationships with clients and executive stakeholders
\n
• Maintain complete, up-to-date CRM records for every job, candidate, and account
\n
• Surface account intelligence to identify adjacent opportunities and expand WorQFlow’s footprint
\n

Compensation

$75,000–$110,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus commission, bonus, and profit sharing
