Job Description About this role WILDBIRD – Better Chicken for Better Communities At WILDBIRD, we make real food from scratch every day — fresh, fast, and full of flavor. We're on a mission to build healthier communities and leave people better than we found them. What You'll Do Oversee all kitchen operations — staffing, food cost, quality, and safety standards. Hire, train, and develop kitchen team members. Build a crew that takes pride in the food. Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and ensure the kitchen runs on budget.
