Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Black Rock, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand patients' mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans based on established best practices.

• Utilizing a range of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique preferences and conditions of each patient.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation while adhering to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.

• Collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals in creating interdisciplinary treatment strategies, ensuring coordinated care for patients.

• Participating in case consultations and team meetings to continuously enhance care quality and address any emerging challenges.

• Providing education to patients and their families regarding available treatment options and community resources to foster understanding and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.
