Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to help clients achieve their goals.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to offer comprehensive care, ensuring that all aspects of a client's mental, emotional, and social well-being are addressed.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to stay current with advancements in mental health research and therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LPC at Alliance Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Our focus is on providing care to those who may have had limited access to traditional mental health resources, with a special emphasis on underserved populations in Arizona.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or telehealth setting.
\n
• A thorough understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health counseling.

• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse client base.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples counseling, substance abuse treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload.
