Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and initial assessments that lead to the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions for diverse clients—including individuals, couples, families, and groups—using current evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic client care, ensuring that all support services align with best practices and meet the clients' emotional and mental health needs.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Continuously assess clients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans based on effective feedback mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related fields is required.

• Possession of an active, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.
