Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health status and needs during initial consultations.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices for issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, or eating disorders.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that promote mental wellness, utilizing trauma-informed care and culturally sensitive approaches.

• Regularly monitor and track clients’ progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care that meets the diverse needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, applying strong problem-solving skills to assist clients in distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals facing various mental health challenges ranging from mild anxiety and depression to severe behavioral health issues. The diversity of our client base allows for rich interactions and the opportunity to employ a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored for individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of four years' clinical experience working in a mental health setting.

• Profound understanding of mental health disorders and demonstrated effectiveness in using evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and crisis management skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
