Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults aged 18 or older who are experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. Your expertise will help these individuals navigate their challenges, develop constructive coping mechanisms, and ultimately achieve personal autonomy and stability in their lives.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position possesses the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) is mandatory.

• Ability to practice independently and confidently without the need for supervision.
\n
• Clean licensure record with no disciplinary actions.
\n
• Demonstrated experience providing direct clinical services to clients in a therapeutic setting.

• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting others in their healing journey.

• Proficient in the use of technology with a reliable Wi-Fi connection, as you will conduct sessions via telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have experience in conducting virtual therapy sessions, proficiency in electronic medical recordkeeping, and knowledge of community resources available to support various client needs. Additionally, familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and a proactive approach to client engagement will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Forest Hill Health Care Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, the benefits package includes:
