Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a productive caseload by establishing positive relationships with clients while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress, provide support, and discuss the scheduling of future appointments, including evaluation for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and closely monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Manage detailed documentation, ensuring timely updates and accurate progress notes for all clients to support ongoing treatment efficacy.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather pertinent information about each client’s mental health history and current needs.

Qualifications\n

• Proficiency in using computer programs, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and scheduling purposes.

Genesis Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
