Key Responsibilities\n

• Carry a manageable caseload of clients, developing strong therapeutic relationships while ensuring professional ethics and boundaries are respected.

• Regularly meet with clients for individual therapy sessions, meticulously reviewing progress, stability, and timing for upcoming appointments or discharges.
\n
• Create, implement, and oversee person-centered treatment plans that address clients’ unique mental health needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, adhering to organizational and regulatory standards.
\n
• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate the mental health status and needs of new clients.
\n
• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions with clients, demonstrating a commitment to their ongoing progress.
\n
• Participate in individual supervision for professional growth and to discuss client strategies.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to enhance client care and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include individuals and families experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling from an accredited institution is required.
\n
• Current and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas is mandatory.
\n
• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.
\n
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy for documentation and client management.
\n
• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services, including individual and family therapy.
\n
• Ability to conduct intake assessments competently and confidently.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While the required qualifications are essential, candidates with additional experience in specialized therapy modalities, work with diverse populations, or familiarity with clinical research and psychopharmacology will be highly regarded as these experiences will contribute to the breadth of services we provide.

Compensation and Benefits\n
