Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT with Resilient Journey Counseling, you will:

• Conduct therapeutic sessions with couples, as well as individual sessions with family members, focusing on holistic family dynamics.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to address various concerns including, but not limited to:
\n
\n
• Alcohol abuse and its impact on family relationships.
\n
• Instances of physical or psychological abuse within the family context.
\n
• Support clients navigating through grief and loss.
\n
• Facilitate conflict resolution among family members, including sibling disputes and communication difficulties.
\n
• Guide families through blended family adjustments and dynamics related to separation and divorce.
\n
\n
• Document clinical notes and treatment plans using our digital health record system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents facing a variety of challenges. Your role will involve addressing the unique needs of families, including issues related to blended family dynamics, communication barriers, and individual coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n
