Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ emotional and psychological needs.
\n
• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
\n
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans, adjusting them as needed to suit client progress.
\n
• Utilize appropriate therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision and collaborative meetings with colleagues to further develop skills and share insights.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations and confidentiality laws, providing a secure environment for clients.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various challenges, such as trauma, grief, relationship issues, and mental health disorders. The LMFT will be responsible for tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs and cultural backgrounds of each client, creating an inclusive environment that promotes healing and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active, unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong written, oral, and non-verbal communication skills.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting working with a diverse client population.

• A deep respect for cultural diversity, understanding the varying needs and customs of different families.
\n
• Proficiency in utilizing EHR software, Microsoft Office, and telehealth technologies.
\n
• Valid driver's license and car insurance, with the ability to perform occasional in-person sessions if necessary.
\n
• Availability to work at least two evenings per week and one weekend day.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialized training or certification in one or more therapeutic modalities such as CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR.

• Experience in a community health clinic or similar setting.
\n
• Expertise in areas such as trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, or perinatal mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Crossroad Behavioral Health Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, we provide a generous sign-in bonus and benefits package, which includes health insurance, flexible work schedules, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
