Executive Sous Chef

Salary : $78K - $85K

Benefits : M/D/V/40lK

This All-Inclusive Resort is looking for an engaging and energetic Executive Sous Chef. This property has just completed a major renovation that includes a brand new kitchen with plans to open new outlets. This position will supervise a growing, developing staff while collaborating with the Executive Chef to create new concepts and menus.

Qualifications :

5 years progressive culinary experience

Supervisory experience preferred

Work with and understand financial information and data
Responsibilities:

Ensure the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen

Plan employee menus and oversee Employee Break Room

Ability to stay composed in high pressure situations
