Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our Edison rehabilitation center, where you will interact daily with a variety of medical professionals and staff committed to excellence in patient care. With a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, you will enjoy a work-life balance while being part of a vibrant healthcare community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, individualized assessments of patients' movement and mobility to identify specific therapeutic needs.
• Create and implement personalized physical therapy treatment plans that align with each patient's goals and expectations.
• Utilize advanced modalities and therapeutic techniques to address pain management and enhance functional abilities.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and chiropractors, to discuss patient progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises, home care protocols, and lifestyle modifications to ensure continuity of care outside the clinic.
• Document patient progress accurately and promptly using our electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

A minimum of two years of experience in outpatient physical therapy is required. Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive salary structure offers an annual compensation range between USD 90,000 and 120,000 based on your experience and qualifications.
